Why should I choose Shriyansh Buildcom over a local contractor?

Do you offer any warranty on your services?
Yes. Every service we provide comes with a standard warranty. For specific heavy-duty treatments like Membrane Installation and specialized Roof Coatings, we offer extended warranties exceeding 10 years, giving you long-term peace of mind.
How do I know which waterproofing method I need?
You don’t have to. Every site is unique—a water tank requires different treatment than a sandstone wall or a sunken slab. We offer a Free Site Inspection within Jodhpur to analyze the severity of your damage and recommend the most cost-effective and durable method (Preventive or Reparative).
How long will the work take, and do I need to vacate my home?
Most projects, including terrace and roof coatings, are completed within 3 to 7 days. In nearly all cases, residents can stay in the premises during the work. If a project involves high-severity structural repairs or heavy membrane work that requires temporary relocation, we will inform you well in advance during the inspection.
Do you only fix existing leaks, or do you work on new constructions?
Both. We specialize in Reparative work (fixing current seepage and cracks) and Preventive work (waterproofing new structures to ensure leaks never happen in the future). Our services also include specialized Sandstone coating and Heat-proofing to protect your building’s exterior and internal temperature.
How are your services priced?
To keep things transparent, we generally quote on a per-square-foot basis. However, the final price depends on the severity of the damage and the specific materials required (e.g., Cementitious vs. Acrylic). After our site visit, you will receive a clear, itemized quote with no hidden costs.
Can you handle specialized structures like Swimming Pools or Underground Tanks?
Absolutely. We provide end-to-end treatment for Water Tanks and Swimming Pools, along with Expansion Joint Treatment and Sunken Area waterproofing. We use a variety of methods, including pressure grouting and membrane installation, to ensure these high-risk areas remain 100% leak-proof.
Is your inspection really free?
If your property is located within Jodhpur, the inspection and initial consultation are completely free. For outstation projects, we charge a nominal fee based on the distance, which is often adjusted if you choose to proceed with the project.
